The eForms developed in the eLockDoc platform will be hosted in the Cloud and made available 24x7 via the internet. The eLockDoc platform is a comprehensive, robust platform that includes a variety of graphical features and print to PDF functionality to allow organizations to offer electronic forms to their customers and staff. The platform also includes workflow, routing of forms to appropriate users for review and processing. eForms generated using eLockDoc can be published for the general public to fill out the forms and then get routed upon submission. The platform also includes email notifications for all parties in the process to be informed.

TEAMS, a solution developed by Insystech Inc. on the eLock Doc Platform, was presented to District Administrators, School Administrators, Testing Coordinators and Teachers at the Maryland Assessment Group (MAG) on October 21, 22 at the Annual Conference in Ocean City, MD. Representatives from Charles County demonstrated TEAMS latest module, Professional Practice, which has been released for Teacher and Principal Evaluations (TPE) to a packed conference hall of attendees. Charles County has been an active member of TEAMS for over two years and is using the Evals Hub as a “one-stop-shop” for their entire TPE process.
